Not sure why, but I can't seem to get enough food today. Finished dinner (apple, yogurt, egg white) and immediately wanted to eat my evening snack. Waited an hour, and literally just inhaled it (sweet potato chips - the PCP friendly version). Still antsy/hungry. Still have yogurt to go, but it's only 8:30, so I need to slow down:)
Looking forward to starting the new diet tomorrow - and eating protein/AMAYW veggies again at dinner. But also thinking, does this mean we're as lean and mean (weight wise) as we're going to get? The next month is more and more food? Bah - I'm not doing something right, because I feel like my body hasn't changed all that much in the last 2-3 weeks - feeling flabbier than ever!
I am in the same boat as you. I don't feel my body has changed much in the last few weeks and I too am on AMAYW veggies for dinner. so I hope my body is just in a bit of a down cycle cause I feel blob-ish too!
