Day 48ish

workout done - wasn't as cold as I thought.

Lunges go by a lot faster if you've got the room.  I warned the neighbors and lunged up and down the street.  Beats going back and forth 17 times in my back yard.

Decided after this shitty week that tequila of some sort will definitely be part of my indulgence.

My roasted asparagus is almost done. Time to go eat and sleep.  New pictures are up!

  2. No - lunges, but I like doing walking lunges - makes me feel more productive:)

  3. I just lunge in place cause I'm a wimp and it's too cold outside for me! BTW...awesome pics, your abs are looking good. You must have done those kung fu sit-ups like they were nothing! I on the other hand, failed at those and did the roman chair instead. Yeah, I got some work to do still...good thing we are just half way!! HA!

  4. Yes, Sara, you look GREAT! I also do lunges in place (but floor jumps outside). I might try walking lunges though because it's the momentum of kicking my front leg back that I hate. Maybe if I were moving forward it wouldn't seem so bad.

    Fish - I couldn't do ONE kung fu sit up! I did 60 leg lifts instead...

  5. Thanks guys - kung fus were a little challenging for me. But I didn't think to replace with leg lifts! I can't figure out what's going on with my abs - I think it's just my ribs showing, not sure if it's actual muscle - but I'll take it! Thanks!
