I read that yesterday! I know, crazy. I find the publication of this kind of "research" irresponsible because there's a substantial proportion of the population who will buy into it and feed this junk to themselvse and their children. Tsk, tsk.
All that to conclude that he was probably eating too much beforehand. My problem with calorie counting is that it allows this kind of nonsense. Is it a sustainable diet? No, of course not. Diabetes here we come.
