Snap, Crackle, Pop - what is that??

Now more than ever my knees are talking to me - either when doing my leg exercises, or even going up stairs, I hear a yucky crackily sound.  It's not painful, just weird.

Have had these noises before starting the PCP, but they've definitely gotten more noticeable as I'm paying more attention to my legs.

Hoping it's a good thing (!) and that I'm not doing damage.

Thoughts?

  2. Well, I have no idea if it's good or not, but I definitely notice it too. In fact, the first set of jumps are always rough until my knees get warmed up.

  4. Not a problem if there's no pain. Just fluids and air-pockets doing their thing. You're probably hearing it more because your USING your knees more.

  5. Good thing the next few days there are no extra leg exercises in the plans...my legs need a break :)
